In preparation for the re-start of the season, there is another contract extension at AmaZulu, who are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring their readiness for the continuation in the fight against relegation.
It was recently reported by the Siya crew that former Kaizer Chiefs defender Tsepo Masilela has had his contract extended by Usuthu after his original deal expired at the end of June, while the option on the deal for goalkeeper Siyabonga Mbatha has been taken up by the Durban-based club.

The latest information from the Usuthu camp is that experienced goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs also had his contract extended by the club.
Although he hasn't played much as Mbatha has done well as the team's number one and with young Neil Boshoff deputising, Josephs remains an important member of the squad after he was made an assistant to caretaker coach Ayanda Dlamini.

Josephs' two-year deal, which he signed when he joined AmaZulu from Bidvest Wits in 2018, expired at the end of June.
With Slovakian coach Jozef Vukusic still facing an uncertain future at the KwaZulu-Natal club after he was placed on special leave in March, Josephs is the man tasked with assiting Dlamini to carry the club's hopes of keeping its top-flight status.
