Outstanding performances on the international stage have accelerated European interest in a South African teenage talent, with a formal offer now reportedly on the table following months of scouting.
The young midfielder, who has been dazzling for the national under-20 side at a continental tournament, appears to be edging closer to realising his European dream after impressing during winter trials.

As previously reported by Soccer Laduma and the Siya crew, two SuperSport United youngsters attended trials in Spain in January and now it's believed that the club has made an offer for one of them.
Insiders very close to both the player and the club have revealed to Siya crew that SD Huesca have tabled an offer for Thabang Mahlangu who had impressed last time on trials.
"Actually, it was two of them who went for trials in January together with Thabang Makubo but it's believed that SD Huesca have only tabled an offer for Thabang Mahlangu. He is the one currently with the Under-20 national team in Egypt. Apparently those scouts who saw him in South Africa have been following his progress even for the junior national team and they are impressed and it's believed that it's the reason they are tabling the offer," the insider told the Siya crew.
The second insider further stated that SuperSport United are waiting for the end of the season to see which players they could keep and which ones they could sell for them not to disturb the squad.

"Yes, the offer is apparently there but the club is firstly looking at their squad and to see which players they will still need next season. You know he is not the only player who is wanted in Europe and also there are other players who are on loan so the club is looking at all those angles before they make the final decision, " the second source revealed.
The second insider further stated that SuperSport United are waiting for the end of the season to see which players they could keep and which ones they could sell for them not to disturb the squad.
