Hardly a month after being released by Sekhukhune United, an experienced midfielder has secured his future with a swift move to a coastal PSL outfit looking to rebuild their squad.
An insider with connections across KwaZulu-Natal football circles has indicated that the Natal Rich Boyz are in the process of strengthening the squad as they are expected to lose players to other clubs.

The insiders added that Richards Bay are believed to have signed former Moroka Swallows FC midfielder Lindokuhle Mtshali, who was recently released by Sekhukhune United after just a season with them.
"Actually it's as good as done. It's a done deal. The technical team are the ones that are believed to have initiated the move for Mtshali. They believe that with his experience he will help the team next season," the insider told the Siya crew.
A second insider, embedded in KZN stated that the club is still looking at more experienced players.
"There is a lot of interest in several Richards Bay players from other Betway Premiership teams and that's why the club is believed to be proactive in the market so that they don't run short of quality players. So Lindokuhle Mtshali is just one of the few who are apparently going to join the team," the second source stated.
Despite only playing one game since joining Sekhukhune United, Mtshali has experience having played for Moroka Swallows and Golden Arrows in the past.

Soccer Laduma contacted Richards Bay United for comment but there was no response at the time of publishing this story.
The acquisition of Mtshali represents a strategic move for the coastal club as they prepare for what could be a significant squad turnover. By moving quickly to secure players, Richards Bay appear determined to avoid being caught short when the inevitable departures occur.
For Mtshali himself, the move offers a chance to revive a career that stalled during his brief stint at Sekhukhune, with the prospect of regular playing time likely a key factor in his decision to head to the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
