After being linked with a few players from Stellenbosch FC, Kaizer Chiefs might have identified a new target from the Cape Winelands, the Siya crew can reveal.
Following his consistent performances under coach Steve Barker, defender Thabo Moloisane is understood to have become the latest player on Chiefs' radar as part of the plans to continue rebuilding under Nasreddine Nabi.

Moloisane has been an influential player in Stellies' defence since his arrival last year from Maritzburg United (now Durban City).
So far this season, the 25-year-old centre-back has already featured in 14 matches, including his four appearances in the CAF Confederation Cup where he has also scored a goal.
Moloisane also has his name among players who have scored in the Betway Premiership with his goal against Marumo Gallants at the end of last month.
According to well-placed sources, the hard-working player has his name added into the list of players that are being monitored by Chiefs, with approaches likely to be made for his services in the coming weeks, possibly closer to the end of the season.
"Chiefs has been monitoring Thabo Moloisane from Stellenbosch and there is interest in his services. It's still the early stages but you can expect a formal approach to be made for his services, and whether Stellenbosch will be willing to let go is a different story as we won't know at this stage what will happen. He is a quality defender who can do well at any club in the PSL," said the source.

According to information made available to the Siya crew, the player's contract with Stellenbosch runs until June next year though the Western Cape outfit does have an option to extend for another year.
Meanwhile, Jayden Adams, Fawaaz Basadien and Sihle Nduli are some of the players understood to have been on the radar of the Soweto giants from Stellenbosch in recent times, as reported by the Siya crew.
