There could be a dilemma for Lesedi Kapinga in his search for a new club after leaving Orlando Pirates, the Siya crew has learnt.
It has been more than a week since Kapinga parted ways with Pirates, with the Soweto giants confirming last Tuesday that an agreement was reached with the player for his early release from his contract.

Since then, the 29-year-old attacker has been linked with a few clubs, including Sekhukhune United, SuperSport United, Marumo Gallants and Cape Town Spurs.
While interest is there in the Musina-born star as most clubs would do with having a player of his quality in their respective squads, indications from sources are that there could be a challenge for him in negotiating a new deal due to his salary package.

"There are clubs that are interested in him and that is without a doubt and it isn't surprising because he is a quality player, and it's just that he has been unfortunate with lack of regular game time at his previous two clubs. The challenge for him might be with his package. Coming from Sundowns to Pirates, he was on good money, but having not played for so long, clubs may be reluctant to offer him the same kind of package. Downgrading is something that he hasn't been expecting and that could be a challenge," said a close source.
