The Siya crew has learnt about what could be expected regarding Boitumelo Radiopane's comeback attempts at Orlando Pirates in the coming weeks.
Back from a second loan spell with Cape Town Spurs, and after recovering from an injury that disrupted his progress, Radiopane got his chance for a few minutes in Jose Riveiro's team in two games against Jwaneng Galaxy and Chippa United in the CAF Champions League and Betway Premiership respectively.

While some may argue that the minutes (22 and 4 minutes respectively) were not enough to judge the 22-year-old, the other players' progress could affect him in his plans to catch up.
In the 3-0 win for Bucs against Polokwane City on Tuesday, Evidence Makgopa bagged a brace in the space of six minutes after coming on for Tshegofatso Mabasa late in the second half to signal his intentions about pushing for a starting berth in the team.

Makgopa's form could affect Radiopane's chances as he appears to be below in the pecking order, according to sources.
"He (Radiopane) remains in the plans and will get his chance, but it could take longer for him to get enough minutes to get his match fitness back. The other strikers are doing well, and that could affect him. With the team going to the final (of the MTN8 against Stellenbosch FC next Saturday), the coach is unlikely to tamper with his winning team. But the boy has got the support of everyone to do well," said the source.
