Stellenbosch FC have confirmed that one of their players has secured a move to the English Championship.
Defender Tylon Smith has joined Queens Park Rangers on a permanent deal.

“I’m very happy to be here,” Smith said, as per the QPR website.
“I’m really proud and grateful for the opportunity QPR have given me to showcase my talent.
“QPR is well-known for developing young players. The style of play here is similar to how we play in South Africa and it’s a style that I really like.”
Smith played a key role as South Africa won the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations last month, which included a Man of the Match performance in the final against Zambia.
