First Of Many: Campbell Wins Belgian Cup

Shandre Campbell’s move to Europe has already begun to pay off handsomely, with the rising South African star lifting his first piece of silverware in his debut season abroad.

The 19-year-old was part of the Club Brugge squad that defeated Anderlecht 2-1 to clinch the prestigious Belgian Croky Cup, marking a major milestone in his young career.

Campbell, who has been plying his trade with Club NXT, the development side of the Belgian giants, has impressed throughout the campaign, scoring nine goals and making a seamless transition to European football.

Although he didn’t get minutes in the final, the teenager was part of the matchday squad and has remained firmly in Brugge’s long-term plans.
