Orlando Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo has been urged to raise his game and to improve his performances.
Mlambo has had a difficult 2019/20 season as he struggled for game-time under coach Josef Zinnbauer, before the PSL went into a recess due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

With the talent he has, which led to the Buccaneers signing him from Bidvest Wits in January 2018, Mlambo has the potential to succeed at the Soweto giants, according to former midfielder Gerald Modabi.
"Maybe the problem for Xola Mlambo is that Rulani (Mokwena) left, because he had so much influence on how well the boy did when he was at the club. I mean, he (Mokwena) had worked with him even before the boy went to Pirates," said Modabi.

"Xola needs to wake up and understand that he is a fan favourite and starts to deliver. There is no time for excuses, and if you need to know the most impatient supporters, it's the Pirates supporters. He is a very solid midfielder and he can cement his place in the team," adds the ex-Dynamos and Jomo Cosmos star.
