Orlando Pirates will have a number of players hoping to impress new coach, Josef Zinnbauer, for regular game-time in upcoming matches.
While the news of the appointment of the German coach might have come as a surprise to many in the Pirates camp if not all, some players may feel that his arrival will give them opportunity to play after falling down the pecking order.

Pirates will finish the year with a match against Black Leopards next Saturday, before taking on Bloemfontein Celtic in first game of the new year on January 04.
About 15 players in Pirates squad will hope to have their fortunes change after struggling for game-time – some since the beginning of the season, while others have been dropped after starting as first choice in their positions and playing regularly.

The list of players include Justice Chabalala, Joris Delle, Zakhele Lepasa, Asavela Mbekile, Luvuyo Memela, Thabiso Monyane, Siyabonga Mpontshane, Alfred Ndengane, Siphesihle Ndlovu, Musa Nyatama, Bongani Sam, Tebogo Tlolane, as well as the Zambian trio of Augustine Mulenga, Austin Muwowo and Justin Shonga.
