After the promotion of young Relebohile Mofokeng, Orlando Pirates have given opportunities to 18-year-old goalkeeper Zoe Monyepao too and there may be more youngsters ready for similar progress.

The Siya crew understands that now Bucs could give an opportunity to striker Mehluleli Maphumulo to train with the main team with the view of a future promotion.
Siya sources close to the club have indicated that teenager Maphumulo is the future of Orlando Pirates strike force as he had been performing so well with their DStv Diski Challenge team.
"The senior team has been monitoring him and they want to have a striker who understands the club's culture from their own development hence they want Mehluleli (Maphumulo) to train with the senior team and get used to the set up," said the Siya source.
"I can't say whether he will he promoted in this window period or they will wait for January but both technical teams have agreed that he is ready for the senior team right now," the source told the Siya crew.
A different source added that DDC coach Joseph Makhanya has recommended that the youngster is ready for the top flight hence his chance for him to train with the first team. He is a very strong striker, well built with speed and aggression as well. He can fit in the senior team given the chance," the source concluded.
Soccer Laduma contacted Pirates for a comment but the club didn't respond while we prepared this story.
