Lungelo 'Mbesuma' Nguse could be handed by his official debut by his new club as PSL football return this weekend.
With Baroka FC aiming to reach their second cup final in two years with the Nedbank Cup – after winning the Telkom Knockout in 2018 – the club's head coach Dylan Kerr could give Nguse a run in the match against Bloemfontein Celtic on Saturday.

Nguse has been signed on a three-year deal by the Limpopo outfit from Eastern Cape third tier club Bizana Pondo Chiefs FC.
In a press conference this week, Kerr confirmed that Bakgaga will be travelling with all the players to the match at the Orlando Stadium.

"Everybody that's registered to play for Baroka Football Club will be travelling, along with the 10 technical team (members). It's been a lot of hard work and I've got to thank my chairman and all the club staff, they have done their jobs in making sure that we got this far," the coach told journalists.

The coach confirmed that despite having initially planned to return to Limpopo after the cup match, the team have been told that they will have to remain in Johannesburg for the resumption of Absa Premiership matches next week.
Meanwhile, Bakgaga have also recently promoted five players in Bernard Bobete, Nimrod Mpe, Tshego Molapo, Job Maphutha and Mogale Thuso from the MultiChoice Diski Challenge team, with Kerr having the choice of also choosing from them for matches to finish the season.
