But like all clubs returning to training after three months, Wits have experienced problems of their own in terms of fitness and positive cases of COVID-19.
"We tried to get the players ready by the 18th (July), which was a very short time that we had. We had a similar thing of players breaking down after a day or two. We had a few problems, we got a few injuries here and there and we had a lot of guys pull out and like a few clubs we had a few positive COVID-19 cases," Hunt explained to the media in a PSL press conference.

"They came back and missed two weeks and so on, so on, so I think clubs all had to same problems. So are we ready for Saturday? I would think we are a week or two away from being ready, but we have to play straight away and play with good intensity and see how long we can last."
"From the back, Ricardo Goss still has the five-game suspension, Brandon is also out, so it is either I am going to play in goals or Jose Ferreira."
"Thabang Monare is struggling a little bit, Gift is struggling a little bit, Machupu got hijacked this week… Pelembe hasn't come back, but otherwise, we will have a team out, don't worry."
