Baroka's two-game winning run came to an end after a 2-0 loss to University of Pretoria on Sunday afternoon at ABSA Tuks Stadium.
After a goalless first stanza, Bakgaga broke the deadlock with 17 minutes remaining.
However, Manelisi Sithole levelled matters for AmaTuks three minutes later.
The Limpopo outfit had to settle for eighth spot on the table, two places and two points above the University side.

Milford kept their second position on the table after a come-from-behind 3-1 victory over Kruger United on Saturday afternoon.
United broke the deadlock ten minutes before the break but Olwethu Cele levelled matters for Milford 11 minutes into the second stanza.
Bulelani Sigomoshe gave the visitors the lead with 18 minutes remaining and Siphosethu Ndlabi put the game to bed just a minute later.
The Stallions remained second on the log, just a point behind leaders Casric Stars and United slipped down to 11th on the table.
Hungry Lions 3-1 Venda Football Academy
Hungry Lions bagged only their second win of the season after drubbing Venda Football Academy 3-1 on Saturday afternoon at Suzuki Stadium.
Ditau Diarora moved up to ninth on the log following their victory and Venda remained at the basement, with only one point after five games.
Black Leopards 2-0 Pretoria Callies
Black Leopards won back-to-back matches after beating Pretoria Callies 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.
The win took Lidoda Duvha up to fifth on the table and the Romans slipped down to 12th position.
Leruma United 0-3 JDR Stars
JDR Stars bounced back to winning ways after thrashing Leruma United 3-0 on Saturday afternoon at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
The Hammerboys climbed up to sixth on the log, just three points off the top of the table and Leruma had to settle for 14th spot, with three points from four outings.

Durban City 1-0 Cape Town Spurs
Cape Town Spurs tasted defeat for the first time after a late 1-0 loss to Durban City on Saturday evening at Chatsworth Stadium.
After a goalless first stanza, Athini Jodwana snatched the all important goal for City with 20 minutes remaining.
The win saw the Team of Choice remain third on the log, just a point behind leaders Casric Stars while the Urban Warriors dropped down to seventh.
Casric Stars 2-0 Orbit College
Casric Stars maintained their top spot after beating Orbit College 2-0 on Friday afternoon at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Decide Chauke got the opener for Casric ten minutes before the interval and Chauke secured all the points for Stars with the second goal and his brace five minutes before time.
The Mpumalanga outfit continued to lead the table by one point while Orbit dropped down to 13th.
Highbury 1-3 Upington City
Upington City won their third game in four matches after thrashing Highbury 3-1 on Friday afternoon at Nelson Mandela University Athletic Stadium.
Tlotlo Leepile opened the scoring for Upington with only 11 minutes on the clock and Highbury equalised three minutes later.
Leepile was the provider for City just before the hour-mark, after Keabwetswe Rakosa gave Bafana Ba Gucci the lead and Rakosa sealed the three points for Upington and got his brace in the last minute.
Upington moved up to fourth on the log, just two points off leaders Casric Stars while the Eastern Cape outfit settled at 15th on the table.
