A Kaizer Chiefs defender who has struggled for regular game-time this season is monitored by his former club, the Siya crew has been informed.
After featuring in only six matches so far in the 2022/23 campaign, Njabulo Ngcobo has appeared to be down in the pecking order at Amakhosi.

Until he resurfaced with a rare appearance in the Carling Black Label Cup match against Orlando Pirates after being voted for by the fans, Ngcobo has been a notable absentee from Chiefs' matchday squads.
The 28-year-old has made six DStv Premiership appearances in the current campaign and is behind the likes of Zitha Kwinika, Siyabonga Ngezana and Edmilson Dove among others for the centre-back role in coach Arthur Zwane's team.
Sources have revealed that the 2020/21 PSL Defender of the Season's situation at the Soweto giants is monitored by AmaZulu who are believed to be keen on his services.
The Folweni-born player is a product of Usuthu development and has previously been with the Durban-based outfit under the previous ownership of the club.

"He is one of the players who are monitored by AmaZulu," said the source.
Ngcobo joined Chiefs last year from Swallows where he was one of the outstanding players with his performances.
The player's contract runs until 2024, having signed a three-year deal when he joined last year.
