Kaizer Chiefs winger Happy Mashiane has explained why he won't celebrate if he were to score against Maritzburg United.
Amakhosi visit the Team of Choice at Harry Gwala Stadium on Wednesday, looking to build on from their CAF Champions League group C 2-0 victory over Angolan side Petro de Luanda. Mashiane was on scoresheet against Petro, netting the second goal as Amakhosi registered their first ever win in a Champions League match.

Mashiane celebrated that goal, but he won't do that should he find the back of the net against the struggling KZN outfit.
Mashiane made his Amakhosi debut while Ernst Middendorp was at the helm for Chiefs. Middendorp is now in the hot seat at the Team Of Choice, so Mashiane feels it would be respectful not celebrate against a team coached by a man who gave his his senior team bow.
Chiefs are 10th on the DSTV Premiership standings, just six points ahead of Marizburg, who are five places below them.

"If it happens that I do score, I won't celebrate because he is one of the coaches who gave me the platform," Mashiane told the Amakhosi media department.
"It won't be an easy one because we know that they won in the first round at our home ground at FNB Stadium, so going there be easy and going there, to Harry Gwala, most of the teams don't go away with maximum points.
"It's not a good thing that a team like Chiefs is 10th on the log, but I think we will take it one game at a time. What we always say as players is that we are the ones who put ourselves in this situation."
