The story
Experienced campaigner Thembinkosi Lorch is making the most of his off-season break back in Mzansi after his standout performances at the FIFA Club World Cup with Wydad Athletic Club in the United States.
Lorch, who joined Wydad Casablanca on loan in January, made headlines with his impressive performances against top teams like Manchester City and Juventus, scoring in the latter and receiving praise from across the continent.
Now, with his loan spell having expired at the end of June, Lorch is not only training hard for the upcoming 2025/26 season but is also making time for some of his youngest admirers.
After a video of a mother showing her son's t-shirt that was personalised (DIY-style) with Lorch's name and squad number at Wydad, the baller delivered the real deal to the young supporter.
