The story
The Buccaneers camp is alive and cooking in Spain on their pre-season tour, with the players preparing for their Thursday night friendly against Las Palmas.
In some light-hearted, pre-match content shared by SuperSportBet, football content creator Michael Morton went around the group to ask the Bucs stars about their favourite players growing up.
The former Pirates midfielder-turned-creative asked a host of Pirates players, including stars, Tshegofatso Mabasa, Sipho Mbule, Patrick Maswanganyi, Yanela Mbuthuma and Oswin Appollis, with almost every player picking position-appropriate legends.
Appollis named Chelsea legend Eden Hazard, while "Tito" kept it local by naming former Pirates midfield star, Teko Modise.
Mbule mentioned former FC Barcelona magicians and 2010 World Cup winners with Spain, Sergio Busquets and Andres Iniesta, while Mbuthuma opted for Portuguese football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Mabasa mentioned "El Fenómeno", Brazil's legendary striker, Ronaldo, with both Cemrin Dansin and Kabelo Dlamini choosing eight-time Ballon d'Or winner and Argentine great, Lionel Messi.
Ezimnyama Ngenkani have two games left of their tour in Malaga and will hope to get their first win in tonight's clash with Las Palmas, before wrapping it up in a friendly against Granada on Saturday evening, a 19:00 kick-off.
