What's the story?
One of Africa's brightest footballers, Mohamed Salah, has featured in adidas and Gucci's new campaign for their latest collection.
Salah fronted the campaign alongside AC Milan's Rafael Leão and Washington Spirit star Trinity Rodman, who also have adidas as a boots sponsor.

Salah and co. for Gucci x adidas
Mohamed Salah once again donned some Gucci x adidas garments, this time, for a new collection alongside the aforementioned Leão and Rodman other women's ballers such as Manchester United's Alessia Russo and Barcelona Femeni's Maria Cebrian.
As stated by adidas, Gucci's creative director Alessandro Michele explored the combined creative elements of both adidas and Gucci, and the collection is inspired by collegiate style that unfolds on iconic vintage silhouettes.

adidas x Gucci first collaborated in 2022 and with round two of their work merging the ever blurring lines between football and fashion.
The colourful collections features staple adidas Original items from their tracksuits, quarter-zip long-sleeved tops and graphic t-shirts, and reimagined designs for adidas' waviest sneaker silhouettes like the Gazelles and the ZX8000s.
The Pharaohs' talisman, Salah, feels at home wearing a classic blue adidas x Gucci cardigan, styled with red tracksuit pants and Gucci logo-embossed adidas Gazelles.
