Images of what is rumoured to be the new Kaizer Chiefs kits are doing the rounds on social media, showcasing two bold designs that promise to capture the imagination of the Khosi Nation.

The story
Kaizer Chiefs' new kits mark the third season since the club reunited with Italian brand Kappa, having previously worked with them in the 90s before joining Nike.
Judging by the leaks shared online, including Footy Headlines, the club's new Kappa kit is steeped in tradition with a classic gold base on the jersey with black details.
The details showcase what looks like black tiger stripes on the sleeves, giving the jersey a menacing look, much like Hull City's new home strip by Kappa.
Chiefs' leaked Home jersey features a touch of class with a black polo collar, with the black Kappa logos placed on the shoulders and chest, opposite the club's crest. The Vodacom sponsor logo is in its usual central position in its usual red and white.
The Away kit takes a departure from last campaign's green top with a dark charcoal grey base, embossed in yellow and lighter grey geometric patterns.
The Kappa logos on the Away jersey, as well as the club crest, are displayed in gold to help the details of the top pop out more, while acknowledging the Soweto giants' famous team colours.
