The story
Manchester United's connection with adidas is getting stronger by the year, with a superb lifestyle collection that pays homage to a club on and off the pitch, George Best.
The vintage-inspired collection includes a long-sleeve jersey and coordinating tracksuit, inspired by the club's iconic 1967/68 European Cup-winning season.
The collection features a long-sleeve jersey, which honours the blue kit worn during Man United's European Cup final victory against Benfica.
It showcases the iconic 1967/68 City of Manchester coat of arms and the adidas trefoil logo in white, complemented by tonal blue three stripes along the sleeves.
The back features the legendary number '7', associated with the great George Best, along with an embroidered 'George Best' signature on the left cuff.
There's also a matching blue tracksuit that sees the top boasting ribbed cuffs and a fold-down collar, delivering a classic football aesthetic.
It pairs seamlessly with slim-fit track pants made from soft piqué fabric. Both pieces display the 1967/68 City of Manchester coat of arms and trefoil logo in white, along with the iconic number '7' on the front.
The track top also features George Best's embroidered signature on the left cuff. The Red Devils debuted the collection as their pre-match uniform before a crushing 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Sunday in the English Premier League.

In efforts to take it back to the 60's, the campaign was shot on film by Hollywood actor and Man United fan, Gary Oldman, using a vintage Chamonix camera.
Stars Marcus Rashford, Casemiro, Mason Mount and Ethan Wheatley fronted the campaign alongside club legends Bryan Robson and Andy Cole.
