Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane has congratulated the club's MultiChoice Diski side, saying that he looks forward to seeing some of their players making their way into the senior team.
The Chloorkop club's MDC team were crowned champions of the competition after defeating Cape Town City 4-1 on Sunday.
Mosimane congratulated MDC coach David Notoane for a job well done in his first year in the job, and looks forward to seeing some of his players turning out for the senior team one day.

"A big congratulations to Coach Notoane and his charges for being crowned the MDC champions. We are extremely proud of them because this was the only missing piece of silverware locally in our development structures," Mosimane said via Sundowns' official website.
"Our U15s, U17s and U19s have all won major national and provincial trophies. All that was missing was the MDC title, which has been eluding us for some time now.
"In his first year in charge, Notoane has completed the circle and it only makes us extremely proud as a club.
"To the boys, I want to also express that we are looking forward to seeing some of them make the step up to the senior team."
