Kagiso Selemela put Baroka ahead inside the opening with a neat finish after some silky skills.
The equaliser arrived in the 81st minute thanks to cracking left-footed finish from Tshepo Mosiatlhaga, before Puleng Tlolane secured the win late on.
Free State Stars 1-2 Bloemfontein Celtic
Bloemfontein Celtic claimed the spoils in the Free State derby after seeing off Bloemfontein Celtic.
Lunga Zikade put Celtic after 13 minutes before Tumelo Mangweni doubled the lead shortly after the halftime break.
Thabo Maphakisa did pull one back in the 73rd minute, but Celtic held on to claim three points.
