Orlando Pirates 4-2 Ajax Cape Town
Orlando Pirates returned to winning ways in the MDC, after claiming a 4-2 win over Ajax Cape Town on Saturday afternoon.
Lebogang Sentsho put Pirates ahead after 36 minutes, before Lebogang Mokoena leveled matters shortly after the break.
Ziyaad Eksteen then handed Ajax the lead, before Pirates hit back through Grant Peters (2), Thobela Sikhakhane to secure the win.
Maritzburg United 2-1 Mamelodi Sundowns
Mamelodi Sundowns missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of the table, after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Maritzburg United on Saturday morning.
Sundowns went ahead through Kamogelo Samba, who turned home Flavio Bento's cross at the far post.
However, the Team of Choice hit back through Mohau Mokate in the 57th minute, before Mlondi Dlamini netted the winner in the 81st minute.
Cape Town City 1-2 Chippa United
Cape Town City's struggles continued, as they went down 2-1 to Chippa United at the NY49 Gugulethu Stadium on Saturday morning.
