Mamelodi Sundowns inched closer to clinching the MultiChoice Diski Challenge title after recording a 1-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs.

The AmaKhosi team boasted a number of players from the first team, with Keagan Buchanan showing a few good touches in the opening 15 miutes as Chiefs dominated.
Bruce Bavuma came to Chiefs' rescue in the 29th minute as he rushed off his line to deny Makgwalwa from close range.
Sundowns eventually broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute, as an un-marked Samuel Julies was allowed to head home at the near post.
David Notoane's charges enjoyed more of the possession after taking the lead, but were unable to extend the lead as Bvuma pulled off a couple fine saves.
