Seema: The Chairman Has Other Plans…

Lehlohonolo Seema has confirmed the latest developments in his coaching career after saving Chippa United from relegation for a third time.

Seema was called on to save the Eastern Cape outfit as the team struggled at the bottom of the DStv Premiership in games leading up to the end of the season.

The mentor was in charge of four matches and secured four points out of a possible 12, which was enough to save the club's topflight status.

Under Seema, the Chilli Boys lost against Kaizer Chiefs, won against Richards Bay FC, lost to TS Galaxy and drew against his former club Golden Arrows and that was enough to seal safety for the Gqeberha-based side.

However, a decision has since been taken by club boss Siviwe 'Chippa' Mpengesi for the parties to go their separate ways, as confirmed to the Siya crew by the mentor.

"I have spoken to the chairman and he has informed me that there will be no continuity because he's got other plans but it's fine," confirmed Seema.
