Cape Town City coach Muhsin Ertugral insists there is nothing wrong with playing a low-block against a team like Kaizer Chiefs.
The Citizens extended their winless run to eight matches in the Betway Premiership following Wednesday's draw.
Despite the approach on the night, the City coach insists his side did carve out some good chances.

"We tried the youngster [Witbooi]; the game is very much let me say intense at this time but this is the path where you going to learn. I think we had great chances, especially in the first half," Ertugral told SuperSport after the game.
"We had Fortune one-on-one against the goalkeeper, Amadou one-on-one against the goalkeeper, they were very good chances. Low-block, sometimes yes.
"Nothing wrong with a low-block against a team that's very good and sometimes have combinations but there's a period we had them completely and obviously in that period we had then our two great midfielders who got a little bit tired.
"Fortune and Kamo got a little bit tired so we needed to bring Thabo and that was to actually bring stability in the middle but we couldn't go anymore out. So, that was here and there a problem but we take the points.
"What's important is how you block the red zones, how you block the golden zone we call that. I think they did very well in that. We had here and there problems because we allowed Chiefs back in our build-up processes because in a low-block the first and second ball didn't put so much pressure on us but we couldn't the first and second ball.
"So, we had a security organisation pattern on how to get out of the low-block. Obviously, then we get under pressure more and more we didn't find the ways out.
"It looked like they were dangerous here and there, but we always had the counter possibility and that's where we were actually very dangerous," added the coach.
