The South African Football Association extended their support to Orlando Pirates as they represent South African football in The CAF Confederations Cup clash against Zamalek this weekend.

The Sea Robbers play their second group game of the continental competition against Egyptian giants Zamalek at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday at 15h00. Pirates and Zamalek sit atop of the group table after both teams' secured gutsy 1-0 wins in their opening encounters.
Speaking to the official SAFA website President Danny Jordaan said, "Pirates made a brilliant start by beating AC Leopards away from home and another win over the Egyptian side would set them nicely to go all the way in the tournament."
This will be the Buccaneers first home match and SAFA has urged locals in the area to rally behind Pirates in this crucial match, with the president adding, "We would like to wish Orlando Pirates all the best in their CAF Confederations Cup against Zamalek."
