Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns, who finished first and second in the Absa Premiership last season, go into the CAF Champions League as reward for their domestic efforts, while Bidvest Wits and Ajax Cape Town will play in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Wits go into the CCC after finishing third in the league in 2014/15, while Ajax qualify as runners-up in the Nedbank Cup because of Sundowns' qualification for the CCL.
The four PSL clubs will battle it through a number of rounds, starting with the preliminary stage, as they seek to gain a spot in the respective group stage of each tournament.
While it remains to be seen what time the draw will be held, and or released to the public, it is thought that the clubs will know their opponents and path to the group stage by the end of today.
Whoever the teams draw, the preliminary stage of CCL and CCC games are set to get underway in February.
