Kaizer Chiefs coach, Steve Komphela has stated that his team will be taking this year's CAF Champions League seriously ahead of their encounter with Comoros outfit, Volcan de Moroni.

After Chiefs were knocked out in the first round of last season's tournament, Komphela says his team will not be leaving anything to chance this time round and that they will give the tournament the attention it deserves.
"If you look at the team we have registered for the Champions league you can see that we are taking this competition seriously," he said.
The 48-year-old went on to say that he believes his squad has the experience and the quality to go far in the tournament and that they will be focussing on one game at a time.
"At Chiefs we want to do well in every tournament that we play in and the Champions league is no different," he added.
"We had to register the best squad we have and we have done just that. We have to start well in this away game today and take it as it comes from here on."
