Tshabalala misses out due to dental problems, while Khuzwayo, who played in the first leg, will miss the tie due to family reasons.
Chiefs arrived in Morocco on Thursday night and already had a session in the pool, while Raja have also organised a luxury coach to transport Chiefs around Casablanca.
Stuart Baxter's side go into the second leg, having lost the first leg 1-0 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and they know only a victory will see them progress into the next round.
The match will get underway at 20h00 on Sunday night, with the game scheduled to be televised on SuperSport 4.
