Karuru is currently nursing a hamstring injury that means he will not be available for selection, while 'Shabba' is recovering after having a tooth extraction earlier this month.
While the Zimbabwean winger is definitely out of the tie, Tshabalala may still make the trip as his fitness is assessed closer to the game on Sunday.
The Amakhosi will jet out of South Africa tomorrow ahead of this weekend's CAF Champions League clash, with Stuart Baxter seemingly wanting a few days in Morocco for his team to acclimatise there.

Chiefs are 1-0 down from the first leg of the tie, and know that they need to at least score at the Stade Mohammed V on Sunday evening if they're to stand any chance of making the next round.
