Hlompho Kekana has advised his teammates at Mamelodi Sundowns to be mentally strong, ahead of their trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo for the CAF Champions League game against TP Mazembe on the weekend.

Kekana, who gathered experience in the CCL during his time with SuperSport United, is one of the players Pitso Mosimane and his technical team will be looking at to guide the younger members of the squad in Lubumbashi.
"Be strong mentally. They have to know that it's not easy playing in Africa. In some countries the stadiums are not as good, and, in other countries, it's the supporters who come up with different distractions. So, it's all about being strong mentally!" said Kekana.

The game is at the Stade du TP Mazembe on Sunday. Khama Billliat scored Sundowns' goal when Mosimane's charges beat Mazembe 1-0 in the first leg game in Tshwane.
