Kaizer Chiefs head coach, Stuart Baxter, has heaped praise on Raja Casablanca's supporters, saying that he's never seen anything like them in his career.
Chiefs went down 2-0 in Morocco this weekend as they succumbed to a 3-0 aggregate defeat to Raja in the CAF Champions League, bringing their hopes of continental glory crashing down for another year.
While the Amakhosi were arguably the better side over the course of the two legs, missed chances and a lack of composure saw them knocked out of the tournament to the three-time champions.
Raja, like so many clubs in North Africa, are famed for their impressive tifo choreography displays, a phenomenon that is non-existent in South African football.
Speaking after the game about the atmosphere created by Raja's fans, Baxter told Chiefs' website, "I have coached national teams and clubs participating in the European Champions League and the African Champions League, but this I have never seen before."
Chiefs have lost four of their last five games in all competitions, a run very unlike the Glamour Boys, and they will be hoping to change their fortunes against AmaZulu this week.
