Billiat, who has been out recovering from injury recently at Naturena, also featured in the 2021 Champions League final with Amakhosi, who lost to Egyptian giants Ahly in Morocco.

Tau is another one who has had the opportunity to play in two Champions League finals. He was in the final with Ahly earlier this year, when they were beaten by Moroccan outfit Wydad Casablanca.

Onyango, who is yet to feature this season since the arrival of Ronwen Williams, has been regarded as one of the best goalkeepers on the continent for a while, having also won the 2016 African player of the year award for individuals based on the continent. Onyango has played an important role for Sundowns in the Champions League, using his experience over the years to get the club to the knockout phases, though they have not been able to repeat the success of 2016.
