The Amakhosi begin their 2016 CCL campaign in Moroni this weekend when they take on the Comorian champions on their own patch as they look to get off to a good start in the competition.
In order to do so, the Siya crew has been informed that the club have organised a chartered flight so that they can fly direct rather than have to stopover on the way to Comoros this weekend.
Chiefs are expected to leave South Africa on Friday when they depart for the islands, and then return to Mzansi on Sunday night after the game as they then begin preparations for their Absa Premiership meeting with SuperSport United.
Comoros is an island just off the east coast of Mozambique, meaning that a direct flight should not take too long to get there.
The Glamour Boys named their squad for the tournament last week and are expected to take a strong squad for this weekend's venture into the continent.
