Kylian Mbappe reportedly refused the chance to make up with France colleague Olivier Giroud in training ahead of the 2020 UEFA European Championship.
Report: Mbappe Unhappy With PSG Boss' Transfer Message
Earlier this week, Giroud suggested in a post-match interview following Les Bleus' 3-0 win over Bulgaria that he was frustrated by how little his teammates passed to him.
Many interpreted the Chelsea man's remarks as a dig at Mbappe, who was replaced before Giroud eventually found the back of the net twice having come on in the first half to replace the injured Karim Benzema.
Mbappe was said to be furious with Giroud's comments and even wanted to call a press conference to address the incident, but was denied that opportunity by manager Didier Deschamps.
Now, according to RMC Sport, the 22-year-old Paris Saint-Germain striker kept up his beef with Giroud during a recent training session ahead of the Euros, with the Premier League striker believed to have made an attempt to make up with him.
Giroud reportedly told Mbappe he was pressured by the reporter interviewing him, and that he was not only being critical of the PSG man.
It is further claimed that the former Monaco starlet looked moody for the rest of the training session, and that he did not display much positive body language following his interaction with Giroud.
