AmaZulu head coach Brandon Truter has commented on his future amid reports that he could be the next DStv Premiership manager to face the sack.

Truter had been in charge of the club since March last year, first as an interim coach and then taking on the reins permanently at the start of the season; however, recent media reports have revealed that Truter is walking a tightrope at Usuthu, amid mixed results at the KwaZulu-Natal-based club
But, the coach says he has received the backing of club President Sandile Zungu that his job is secure.
"Honestly, it doesn't matter with me. My faith guides me in that regard. No man will provide for me, the Almighty looks at me [and] he will provide for me. If one door closes, another one will open," Truter told the media after his side's one-all draw against Kaizer Chiefs.
"But the President of the club has assured me that I have his backing, so I am not worried about anything," he added.
Truter and his side go into the MTN8 semi-final with a slight advantage having scored an away goal, but they will have to contend matches against Richards Bay, Orlando Pirates and Maritzburg United in the DStv Premiership prior to that.
