The new Spain boss had a brilliant start to his reign, with La Furia Roja beat England 2-1 in the UEFA Nations League at Wembley before thrashing 2018 FIFA World Cup runners-up Croatia 6-0 last month.
Spain will once again face England in the upcoming international break, while also testing themselves against Wales in a friendly.
Enrique has recalled Paco Alcacer to the squad for the first time in two-and-a-half years after the FC Barcelona loanee scored four goals in his first three games on loan at Borussia Dortmund. Marc Bartra, Koke and Iago Aspas also return to the fold, while Real Madrid duo Dani Carvajal and Isco missed out due to injury.
Despite his hat-trick of assists against Tottenham Hotspur, FC Barcelona left-back Jordi Alba remained out of Enrique's selection, while Diego Costa was also snubbed.
Here is Spain's latest squad in full, according to La Furia Roja's official Twitter account:
Goalkeepers: David de Gea, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Pau Lopez
