France line-up... Click right to see some players who were not called up to Les Bleus' latest squad!

World champions France have announced their squad to face 2014 FIFA World Cup winners Germany, and a few big-name players, including a Manchester United star, were snubbed.

Click through the gallery above to see some players who were not called up to France's latest squad.

Didier Deschamps' side drew 0-0 with Germany a month ago, and will now face their eternal rivals in a UEFA Nations League clash again.

However, the World Cup-winning coach had to make some changes to his squad to replace the injured Benjamin Mendy, Samuel Umtiti, Adil Rami and Corentin Tolisso.

As a consequence, he named Premier League trio Mamadou Sakho, Kurt Zouma and Lucas Digne in his squad, while in-form midfielder Tanguy Ndombele received his first call-up.

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema remained out of the coach's reckoning, while Anthony Martial was also not called up.

Here is France's latest 23-man squad, according to Les Bleus' official Twitter account:

Goalkeepers: Hugo Lloris (Tottenham Hotspur), Steve Mandanda (Marseille), Alphonse Areola (Paris Saint-Germain)

Defenders: Djibril Sidibe (AS Monaco), Benjamin Pavard (VfB Stuttgart), Raphael Varane (Real Madrid), Presnel Kimpembe (Paris Saint-Germain), Lucas Hernandez (Atletico Madrid), Lucas Digne (Everton), Kurt Zouma (Everton), Mamadou Sakho (Crystal Palace)

Midfielders: Paul Pogba (Manchester United), N'Golo Kante (Chelsea), Blaise Matuidi (Juventus), Steven N'Zonzi (Roma), Tanguy Ndombele (Lyon)

Attackers: Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain), Olivier Giroud (Chelsea), Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid), Ousmane Dembele (FC Barcelona), Nabil Fekir (Lyon), Florian Thauvin (Marseille), Thomas Lemar (Atletico Madrid)
