Muller found the back of the net as the Bundesliga champions defeated Blaugrana 3-0 a for second straight clash and condemned their Spanish counterparts to the Europa League.
The Bayern star was quite vocal ahead of the encounter and warned Barcelona after Robert Lewandowski missed out on the Ballon d'Or to Lionel Messi last week.
Muller claimed after the encounter on Wednesday that Barcelona can no longer cope with the intensity of top football.
"I think Barça can't cope with the intensity," Muller told DAZN after the game.
"Technically, they have it all, they are great players tactically and technically.
"But they can't cope with the intensity in top football."
The Catalan giants last competed in the Europa League when it was still known as the UEFA Cup in 2003, where they reached the last 16 and lost 1-0 on aggregate to Celtic.
