Erling Haaland has taken his impressive domestic form into Europe, with his brace against Sevilla in Manchester City's win on Tuesday securing him two UEFA Champions League records.

Haaland cannot seem to stop scoring at the moment.
Ever since making the move from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City in the latest transfer window, Haaland has failed to find the back of the net in only two competitive fixtures, but has otherwise started like a house on fire.
Going into City's first Champions League fixture of the season, the 22-year-old had already scored 10 Premier League goals in just six matches.
The Scandinavian carried that rich vein of form into Europe's biggest club competition this week, slotting the ball past Yassine Bounou twice in the Citizens' 4-0 victory over Sevilla on Tuesday.
The brace was Haaland's 24th and 25th goals in his Champions League career, and it took him only 20 games to reach this milestone, a new competition record.
In doing so, he breezed past Karim Benzema's record of 12 UCL goals after 20 matches, as per the Daily Mirror.
The City star also became the youngest player ever to score 25 goals in the illustrious tournament. At 22 years and 47 days old, he beat Kylian Mbappe's record by 33 days, as per Squawka.
Having spent €60 million (R1 billion) to pay the release clause to secure Haaland's services from Dortmund two months ago, it seems the Premier League champions did some shrewd business considering the prolific return on investment they have already got.
