Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has named his three favourites for this season's UEFA Champions League title.

The group stage phase of the Champions League conclude a couple weeks ago, with Manchester United being the only big team not to make it to the round of 16.

All of the top sides managed to avoid each other in the last 16, but that is likely to change once the quarter-finals begin.

Musiala did not name Bayern in his favourites list, but did include two Premier League sides, including the defending champions Manchester City.

"The Champions League is simply the most important title in club football," Musiala told  Abendzeitung

Winning this title is a big goal of mine. The final this season is in London, at Wembley. A very special stadium for me as I grew up in London.

"Wembley is a magical place. We will give everything as a team, but at this level, daily form is also crucial and that all players stay fit and healthy.

"I think Real Madrid and Manchester City are the big favorites. But Arsenal also play very good football under Mikel Arteta."
