With the January transfer window now open, here are nine deals that have already been confirmed and announced, including Liverpool and Chelsea's latest big-money signings.
Ronaldo 'Irritated' Portugal Teammates At World Cup
Although the window has barely been open for a week, it is difficult to imagine there being a more high-profile move than Cristiano Ronaldo's free-agent switch to Saudi Arabian giants Al Nassr.
The 37-year-old officially penned a world-record contract with the Middle Eastern club last week, but was only unveiled in front of thousands of supporters on Tuesday.
While the wait for his debut in yellow and blue could be delayed even further following registration complications, Ronaldo, despite the fact that he turns 38 years old next month, clearly remains one of football's global forces.
The most expensive January move so far has been Cody Gakpo's transfer to Liverpool after the Netherlands international completed a €42 million (R759 million) switch from PSV Eindhoven just days before the window opened.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have signed promising French centre-back Benoit Badiashile from Monaco in a deal believed to be worth €38 million (R687 million).
The 21-year-old was in attendance at Stamford Bridge as the Blues were defeated 1-0 by Manchester City in the Premier League on Thursday night, and could be named in their squad to take on the Citizens in the FA Cup this weekend.
