Inter confirmed the signing of the French starlet on their official Twitter account, after a fee believed to be around €35 million was agreed.
Kondogbia has signed with the Italian giants on a five-year-deal, and will apparently jet-off to Milan on Monday for his medical.
The Frenchman was previously linked with Arsenal and AC Milan, but a phone-call from Roberto Mancini was reportedly enough to convince the player to join Inter.

Kondogbia joined Monaco in 2013, where he played 64 games, scoring three goals and assisting three times from defensive midfield.
