Roma and Inter unveiled their new Nike kits on Thursday, while Milan's new adidas kit was launched last week.
The Rossoneri's new strip takes "inspiration from two dominant periods in the club's history", according to a statement on the club's official website.
"The first source of inspiration was the 10-year period from 1950-1960. This was the decade in which the club reaffirmed its superiority in the Italian championship by winning four titles. Features such as the crew neck and the red stripe that runs down the middle of the jersey are both taken from the kit design used throughout the 1950s.
"The width of the famous black and red stripes was inspired by the period between 1987/88-1997/98 where the club established itself as a dominant European power and grew a global fan base. This decade saw the club claim 17 out of the 29 trophies it has won in total throughout the club's history."
Roma, meanwhile, said their new red Nike kit, with yellow tones, represents "the traditions and the history of the Club, founded in 1927, with the mission to defend the name, colours and the identity of Rome".

Inter explained their latest blue and black striped kit as follows: "On the torso, the vertical stripes radiate downwards in varying widths, and take inspiration from the city's architecture. The inside of the shirt features the words 'Nerazzurri' to remind of inner club pride."
