"I should not have to worry about it. The referee should worry," he told media on Monday.
"One of them could have hurt me. I was lucky and did not get injured. The referee gave few fouls or cards. We have to be careful."
Neymar also revealed that there will always be time for fun and games with the Selecao, regardless of who is in charge of the national team after it was claimed new Brazil coach, Carlos Dunga, was running a tighter ship.
"Our team will always be playful," he added.
"Regardless of what happened (at the World Cup), I will always be happy. No matter who is watching training. I think you always need to have that kind of happiness in your work."
Neymar's goal took his total tally for Brazil to 36 in only 55 caps and he is already his country's sixth highest scorer in history.
