FC Barcelona target Lautaro Martinez, who plays alongside Lionel Messi for Argentina, has insisted that nobody is on the six-time Ballon d'Or winner's wavelength.
The Inter Milan striker has been heavily linked with the Blaugrana in recent transfer windows, with many believing he could be Luis Suarez's long-term replacement at the Camp Nou.
Not only is Martinez an exciting talent, but he already has a solid relationship with Messi on and off the field having worked with him for the Albiceleste.
Speaking about Messi in a recent interview, Martinez claimed that his Argentina captain sees the sport in ways others cannot.
"Messi understands football in a different way," he told UEFA.
"He is one step ahead of everyone else. I have said it in the past and I will say it again now: he is the best player in the world. I always try to learn from him."
