Find Out How Much 10-Year-Old Cristiano Ronaldo Cost

The 30-year-old has played for five clubs in his career so far and FIFPro has now revealed what each of his transfer fees were.

Ronaldo began playing football at club level as a seven-year-old for his local team Andorinha, where his father worked as a kit man.

When the then 10-year-old joined Nacional three years later, his first club were paid with two sets of kits and 20 footballs.

After two years with Nacional, he joined Sporting Lisbon's academy, with the Primeira Liga side paying €22 500 for the then 12-year-old.

Ronaldo's next move would define his career – he joined English giants Manchester United for €11.6 million in 2003.

His value skyrocketed during his time in England and the Red Devils sold him for more than eight times as much as they paid for him when he joined Real for a then world record fee of €94 million.

Note: All data and information are according to FIFPro, who have cross-checked financial data from a variety of sources. They want to prove how unfair the distribution of enormous transfer fees is in the current system.

Do you think it's fair that Ronaldo's first club only received two sets of kits and 20 footballs, while United were paid €94 million for the star? Have your say in the comments section below.
