Portugal Coach Makes Decision On Ronaldo!

Portugal manager Roberto Martinez has made a decision on Cristiano Ronaldo after his disappointing EURO 2024 campaign.

The Selecao were dumped out of the European Championship by France in the quarter-finals last month.

There were talks around  if it was to be Ronaldo's final tournament for Portugal at the age of 39, while Pepe announced his retirement from football.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner was speaking about his future with the national team this week.

"When I quit the national team, I won't tell anyone in advance... At the moment what I want is to be able to help the Selecao," Ronaldo said in an interview with Portuguese TV.

Martinez has however, confirmed that the former Real Madrid talisman is in his latest squad for the upcoming international break, in which Portugal will play against Croatia and Scotland in the UEFA Nations League.
